New, never used Neewer Shoulder Rig Kit that had been resealed when I purchased it from surplus. I took inventory of all the parts and confirmed all the parts are in the factory packaging. Not only has the kit not ever been assembled, all the parts were wrapped and packaged how it came from the factory except one part.
The photos are limited because I did not want to disturb the original packaging, only confirmed the kit to be complete.
